Writer Sefi Atta became the 1st winner of the Wole Soyinka Prize for Literature in Africa, on Saturday 5th August 2006. Here, the mother of the US-based author, Mrs Iyabo Atta, receives the $20,000 prize on her behalf. Atta won for her novel, Everything Good Will Come. I think that, actually, many people could learn blogging from you...As for your offer concerning the "Yourba Staff" (remember?), I would have some difficult words, which maybe you could unriddle...(Coming, nota bene, from some Soyinka's drama).
